Story:
Ravi Teja is a recovery agent for a bank. He leads a simple life in Bangalore with his father Prakash Raj. Ravi teja come across Shruthi Hassan and his uncle Crazy mohan (Brahmmanandam). Shruthi and Brahmmi have a habit of cheating some people and enjoy. Raviteja want to teach a lesson for them. In this process Ravi falls in love with shruthi and vice versa and with the Entry of Asuthosh Rana (vizag poorna) the thing changes. Asuthosh Rana tells the flash back of Raviteja and Prakash raj. This flash back includes Anjali also. So who is Anjali what is the relationship of anjali and Ravi. What are the truths? This is rest of the story.
Plus Points:
Ravi Teja is back with this movie. He toned himself for this movie. He is superb in Mass Sequences and He delivered some good comedy with brahmanandam
Brahmmanand is stealed the show as Crazy Mohan. His comedy in the Climax is Hilarious.
Shruthi is gorgeous. Her glamour is feast to B and C center audience.
Anjali has an important role in the movie and she did justice. Prakash raj and Ashuthosh rana are good.
Mass masala sequences, Interval scene is superb highly emotional, Climax jumping japing scene came out well.
The Romantic song Yevindo shot very beautifully.
Veligonda Srinivas dialogues are good. Cinematography in songs visually great.
Gopichand succeeded in showing Raviteja as mass maharaja after Mirapakay. Thaman Background score is good, Songs also very nice.
Minus Points:
Second half has some dragged scenes, screen play in second half should have been better. The story is routine.
Cinematography is not good in some sequences, Pathikella sundari song is not placed well.
The romantic track between Ravi teja and Anjali did not come out well.
Ali comedy is like forced comedy. So many characters are wasted in the movie like Rao Ramesh, Fish venkat, Brahmmaji, Aditya Menon ..etc.
Final Cut:
Balupu has High entertainment in first half. Raviteja is back with this film you can enjoy his mass masala performance. Shruthi glamour and Brahmi comedy are the highlights to the movie. We can avoid the routine story and slow pace in the second half. So Balupu is a must watch movie for All type of Audience.
