Priya Malik was born and brought up in Haryana. There is no information is available about her date of birth and age. She completed her schooling in Chaudary Bharat School, Nidan, Haryana. Her father’s name is Jaibjagwan Nidan and her mother’s name is not available with us right now. Her coach’s name is Anshu Malik. She belongs to the Hindu religion and currently, she is unmarried and single. From schooling itself, she is very much interested in wrestling sports. In the year 2019, she won the gold medal at Khelo India in Pune in 2019, a gold medal at the 17th School Games in Delhi in 2019. She also won a gold medal at the National Cadet Championships in Patna in 2020. Not only that, Priya Malik won gold at the 2020 National School Games. Not only this Priya is continuously winning gold medals in all her participation. Prior to Priya Malik’s golden run, another Indian wrestler- Varsha had won the bronze medal on Thursday by overcoming Turkey’s Duygu Gen in the 65kg category.
Now she beats all her own records and won the first gold medal for India in the world Cadet wrestling Championship in 2021. She played under the category of 75 kgs and Priya defeated the Belarus wrestler 5-0. This match happened in Hungary.
