Shikhar Dhawan to debut in Bollywood, romance with 'This' actress in the very first film...

 Recently, India’s famous bowler Harbhajan Singh has made his debut in Bollywood with the movie Friendship. The film featured Harbhajan Singh in the lead role. In cricket, Harbhajan Singh made many crazy with his bowling. But Harbhajan’s magic didn’t work when it came to acting. Earlier also many cricketers tried their luck in Bollywood.

Gabbar aka Shikhar Dhawan of the Indian cricket team, who has made the bowlers chill with his batting, will now be seen acting. Shikhar Dhawan recently shared a photo from his social media. Soon Shikhar Dhawan will appear in films. Shikhar Dhawan will be seen romancing actress Huma Qureshi in the much talked about movie Double XL.

Huma Qureshi and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Double XL is all set for release. Both the actresses are working together for the first time through this film. This is Shikhar Dhawan’s first Bollywood film. Double XL is a comedy drama film. In which, different stories of two plus size women are shown.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, Shikhar said, ‘Being an athlete and playing for the country, life is very stressful. I love spending time watching movies. After watching many movies as a child, I thought that we too can be such a hero. 

 Satram Ramani is directing this movie. Alana Zaheer Iqbal and Mahat Raghavendra also play important roles in the film. Double XL is slated to release on November 4. 2 photos of Shikhar from the film have surfaced, which were shared by Huma. In the photo, Shikhar is wearing a black suit, while Huma is seen in a red gown.
